I have a passion for polyhedra and from time to time have the urge to create one, in this case the rhombic triacontahedron which consist of thirty golden rhombi. The rhombi are made of samba wood slats and shoji paper, which are then combined into a single structure. Due to the large volume of the lamp it provides a very even and pleasant lighting for a single room.
